Just sharing in a little holiday cheer. The kids decorated sugar cookies with vanilla icing and red and green sprinkles. They had a blast, ate them and were on sugar highs. It's no surprise that they did not receive the golden spoon award for good behavior during lunch today. Maybe tomorrow, NO sugar tomorrow. It's okay to have a little fun. Oh and by the way this did tie into a reading lesson. We read Fancy Nancy: Splendiferous Christmas. Written by Jane O'Conner. Fabulous story, while Fancy was waiting for her grandpa to arrive for the Christmas Holidays she decided to decorate Christmas cookies. We hope you have a Splendiferous Holiday!!!
